Pauliana’s gift of property for the purpose of debt collection is a declaration of invalidity of a gift or a legal act equivalent to a gift in law, whereby the debtor’s assets were reduced in favour of the defendants and to the detriment of the creditors of the debt collection, in the sense that the latter were deprived of an asset that would have increased the execution basis of the debt collection.
